Ongoing Remote Data Entry Assistant (Excel)

I'm conducting ongoing surveys across the UK, India, the Netherlands, and the US, and I'm looking for a reliable freelancer to handle the data entry side of this work. You'll be responsible for accurately entering and organizing survey response data into Excel on a regular, ongoing basis. Attention to detail is important since the data spans multiple countries and may include region-specific formatting (dates, currency, language variations, etc.).

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, filtering, and data validation

Have an additional laptop for this project

Comfortable working with data from multiple countries/regions and being consistent with formatting standards

High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with repetitive data entry

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Availability that overlaps with CST as needed for coordination

Prior experience with survey data or multi-country datasets is a plus

Workflow:

Survey response data will be shared with you periodically (batches by country or survey round)

You'll enter and organize this data into a shared Excel file, following a provided template/format

Data should be reviewed for consistency and flagged if entries look incomplete or inaccurate

Regular check-ins to review completed work and address any questions

This is an ongoing arrangement, with new batches of data provided as surveys are completed
